First Aid is Dangerous

I took a first aid course on Wednesday for reasons I will explain in my next post. There were 3 of us there, you'd think the instructor could speed things up a bit and finish before lunch. Nope. We did finish a little early and he did give us a bunch of the answers for things we didn't really cover (new course format, same test). I think he liked me, I kept having to be the demo model. Anyway, all that getting up and down and giving CPR on my knees just about killed me. Not right away of course, but yesterday and today my knees, one shoulder and one butt muscle have been aching. At least I don't have to do it again for 2 years.
