Apparently Not

Almost a week after we were supposed to have a phone line activated we are still without dial tone. I got an email from the repair people this morning and they FINALLY understand what I was trying to tell them. They are now "running diagnostics" on the line. I emailed them back and said since they originally connected someone else's line to our house that perhaps they connected our line somewhere else. Maybe they could just disconnect it from wherever it is connected and try again. We shall see if they listen or continue to insist that it is connected to our house. //sigh//
