Yeah, no kidding! No work or school today for us here. Ryan also has no school.
No work because Fatima went to Vancouver on Saturday and made it as far back as Saanich last night. The Malahat is a mess and even though Deb could open the restaurant Chris is snowed in up in Saltair and I'm stuck here so we have no cooks. LOL! I think I could get out if I need to since the plow has been by but I think I'll stay put.
Hopefully it will be gone, gone, gone by the time you arrive. Anyway, it's a lot easier to get to Cassidy in foul weather than it is to get to Victoria airport. . .
Currently I'm a line cook at two local restaurants. I've "been there, done that" and am hoping this is my last career change for awhile. (Hopefully, I'll find a better pic soon too.) I live in the Cowichan Valley with one of my children (the other one has almost left home . . . sniff), 1 "Lhasa-Poo" and 2 indoor cats.

I hope I won't end up stuck in the Nanaimo airport when I get there . . .
